“互联网+”背景下潍坊市智慧农业发展机遇及实践探索

摘 要：该文总结潍坊市在“互联网+”背景下，发展智慧农业的机遇，以及近年来在建设农业大数据中心、成立数字农业联盟、推进信息进村入户与构建质量监管平台等方面取得的阶段性成果，分析当前发展过程中存在的问题，并从顶层设计、人才建设和加大投入等方面提出针对性的发展建议，为今后智慧农业的发展提供参考。

Abstract： This paper summarizes the opportunities for Weifang to develop smart agriculture in the context of "Internet plus" and the periodical achievements made in recent years in the construction of agricultural big data center， the establishment of digital agricultural alliance， the promotion of information entering into villages and households， and the construction of quality supervision platform， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current development process， and puts forward targeted development suggestions from the aspects of top-level design， talent construction， investment increase and so on， so as to provide reference for the development of smart agriculture in the future.

智慧农业是将农业作为一个中心系统，通过“互联网+农业企业”与“互联网+农业产业”，依靠农业大数据、云计算及物联网共同组成一个完整的智慧农业产业链条，推动现代信息技术与农业生产全过程的结合，形成的一种新的发展体系和模式[1]。（剩余5123字）
