元宇宙视域下公共图书馆数字藏品开发的风险识别及应对策略

摘要：文章阐述了我国数字藏品发展现状，分析了公共图书馆开发数字藏品的必要性，并从技术、版权和金融三个层面剖析了数字藏品开发流程中存在的潜在风险。在此基础上，文章指出政府及公共图书馆应当完善法律监管体系、建立交易监测机制、规范藏品开发流程和强化用户引导宣传以应对相应风险。

Risk Identification and Response Strategies for Digital Collection Development in Public Libraries under the Perspective of Metaverse

Abstract： This paper describes the current situation of the development of digital collections in China， analyzes the necessity of the development of digital collections in public libraries， and analyzes the potential risks in the development process of digital collections from the three levels of technology， copyright and finance. On this basis， this paper points out that the government and public libraries should improve the legal regulatory system， establish a transaction monitoring mechanism， standardize the collection development process and strengthen the publicity of guiding users to cope with the corresponding risks.
