Abstract：For Guam is an important forward base for the US military’sattack on the Asia-Pacific region，Guam defense is regarded by the Missile Defense Agency （MDA） as an essential part of national defense.In recent years，the US military has continuously been focusing on the construction of Guam’s misile defense system architecture，to respond to increasingly advanced ballistic and cruise missiles，hypersonic weapons，as wellas potential threats from the space.The Enhanced Integrated Air and Misile Defense （EIAMD） system is outlined. Its architecture constitution and development plan is overviewed.At last，the system's characteristics are analyzed.
