宁夏人工影响天气科技史发展回顾与展望
摘 要:本文从人工防雹科技、人工增雨科技2个方面综述了宁夏人工影响天气科技发展历程,介绍了宁夏人工影响天气科技工作取得的科研成果,分析了存在问题,并从聚焦关键核心技术攻关、重视开展野外科学试验、加强人才和专业队伍建设3个方面提出对策及建议,旨在为推动宁夏人工影响天气工作发展提供借鉴参考。

Review and Prospect of the Development
of Artificial Weather Modification Technology in Ningxia

Abstract This paper summarizes the development process of artificial weather modification technology in Ningxia from two aspects: artificial hail suppression technology and artificial rain enhancement technology. It introduces the scientific research achievements of artificial weather modification technology in Ningxia, analyzes the existing problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: focusing on key core technology research, emphasizing field scientific experiments and strengthening talent and professional team construction. This paper intends to provide reference for promoting the development of weather modification work in Ningxia.

宁夏回族自治区是以农业为主的省份,历年受干旱、冰雹灾害影响严重,是全国干旱危害最严重的地区之一(年平均降水量为200~600 mm),天然水资源总量在全国居末位。(剩余11167字)
