【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of cardiac ultrasound cardiac function parameters to assess the overall cardiacfunction inpatientswith chronicheart failure (CHF).MethodsTheclinical dataof108 CHF patientsadmited to Zhoukou People's from January 2O23 to January 2O24 were retrospectivelyanalysed, andthe patients were divided into four groups acording to the cardiac function grading of the New York Heart Association (NYHA), with the cardiac function gradeI group (31cases),cardiac function grade II group (34 cases), cardiac function gradeII group (22 cases)，andcardiacfunction gradeIV group (21cases)，and allof them were applied to colour Doppler.The overallcardiac function was examined byultrasonic diagnostic instrument,and the levelsof ejection fraction (LVEF),cardiacoutput (CO),peak flow velocityduring atrial contraction (PFVA),peak flow velocityduring fast filing (PFVE),and left ventricularshort-axis shortening (FS) indexes were compared among the fourgroups of patients to analyze the correlation betweencardiac function gradesand LVEF,andFS,and the corelation betweencardiac functiongradesandLVEF,andFSwasanalyzed bymultifactorial logisticregression analysis.Independent factors for assessing the overall cardiac function of CHF patients were sreened.Results LVEF and FS gradually decreased in the cardiac function grade 1～N group( P 0.05).
