【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the value CT perfusion imaging（CTP） combined with CT arterial angiography（CTA） inevaluatingcollateral circulationstatus inacute ischemic stroke（AIS）.MethodsAtotal 98AISpatientsadmited tothe hospital fromMarch2022 to October 2023 wereselected bysimple random sampling.All patientsunderwent CTP，CTA，and digital subtraction angiography （DSA） examination，and DSA results were usedasthegold standard.The patients were divided into thecontrol group（good colateral circulation） and the observation group（poor collateral circulation）according to whether theyhad poor colateral circulation.The differences in CTP parameters and CTA grade between the two groups were compared，and the correlation between CTP parameters and CTA grade in patients with poor collteral circulation wasanalyzed.The receiver operator characteristic （ROC）curvewasused toevaluate thepredictivevalue theabove indicatorsforpoorcollateral circulation.ResultsThecerebral blood flow（CBF）andcerebral blood volume （CBV） theobservation group were lowerthan those the control group，and the peak time （TTP）and mean transit time （MTT） thecontrast agent were longer than those the control group （ P <0.05）. The CTA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.The CTA level patients with poor collateral circulation was positively correlated with CBFand CBV.CTA level is negativelycorrelatedwith TTP and MTT（ P <0.05）.
