【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the value single photon emission computed tomography （SPECT）/CT bone imaging in the diferential diagnosis benign and malignant spinal lesions.MethodsSPECT/CTbone imaging was performed in85patientswith spinaldiseases were selected inour hospital from June2O23 to July2023.To analyze the value SPECT/CT bone imaging in the differential diagnosis benign andmalignantspinal lesions with pathologicalresultsas thegoldstandard.ResultsAmong the85patients，44 werebenignand41 were malignant. SPECT/CT showedbenign lesions in39casesand malignant lesions in38cases.With pathological resultsas the gold standard，thesensitivity，specificityand accuracy SPECT/CT bone imaging in thediagnosis malignant spinal lesions were 93% ， 89% and 91% ，and the Kappa value consistency with pathological results was 0.812. ConclusionSPECT/CT bone imaging canbeused in the diferential diagnosis benignand malignant spinal lesions，and has a high diagnostic value.
