摘 要：GB/Z 42773-2023《女性创业 关键定义和通用准则》已于2023年5月23日正式发布实施，用以为女性创业过程中的关键定义提供界定准则。本文介绍了该标准的编制背景、标准的主要内容和标准编制依据，并指出了实施标准的意义，旨在使相关方更好地理解标准的内容，推动标准广泛应用。

Abstract： The national standard GB/Z 42337-2023， Women’s entrepreneurship — Key defi nitions and general criteria， was released and implemented on May 23， 2023， with the goal of providing criteria for the key definitions of women entrepreneurship. This paper explains the standard’s development background， introduces the main content and drafting basis， and analyzes the signifi cance of implementing the standard， which can help the relevant parties better understand the standard’s content and promote its application.
