摘 要:本文通过对地方标准《龙江特色美食 齐齐哈尔烤肉》起草和实施工作进行系统分析和总结,得出实施标准化战略有力地推动了齐齐哈尔烤肉产业高质量发展,文章最后就推动齐齐哈尔烤肉标准化进一步发展提出了相关建议。

Research on Standardization Strategy to Empower the High-quality Development of the Barbecue Industry—the Drafting and Practice of Local Standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue

Abstract: Through the systematic analysis and summary of the drafting and implementation of the local standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue, this paper concludes that the implementation of the standardization strategy has strongly promoted the high-quality development of the Qiqihar barbecue industry, and fi nally puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the further development of the standardization of Qiqihar barbecue.
