摘 要:动热稳定试验是检验电器产品承受短路电流产生的电应力和热效应能力的一种重要性能试验。在大容量试验系统中开展动热稳定试验应充分了解试验的具体要求和特点,本文以标准要求为依据,结合试验经验,从试验程序、操作要求、风险点及防护措施方面进行了探讨,为相关试验人员提供借鉴和参考。

Discussion on Dynamic and Thermal Stability Test of Large Capacity Test System

Abstract: Dynamic thermal stability test is used to test the ability of electrical products to withstand electrical stress and thermal effect generated by short circuit current. The specifi c requirements and characteristics of the test should be fully understood when carrying out the dynamic thermal stability test in the large capacity test system. Based on the standard requirements and combined with the test experience, this paper discusses the test procedures, operational requirements, risk points and protective measures, providing reference for relevant test personnel.
