煤化工企业标准体系建设实践与效果评价分析

摘 要：企业标准化在企业的生产、经营、管理等方面具有十分重要的作用，对于提高企业质量管理水平具有重要意义。本文阐述了企业标准化的作用和意义，重点对企业标准体系中管理标准体系、技术标准体系和工作标准体系三大组成部分进行了详细的实施效果分析，并从节约成本的角度定性分析企业标准化带来的经济效果。

Practice and Effect Evaluation of Standards System Construction in Coal Chemical Enterprise

Abstract： Enterprise standardization plays a very important role in the production， operation and management of enterprises， and is of great signifi cance for improving the quality management level of enterprises. This paper expounds the role and signifi cance of enterprise standardization， analyzes the implementation effect of the three major components of enterprise standards system： management standards system， technical standards system and work standards system， and makes a qualitative analysis of the economic effect brought by enterprise standardization from the perspective of cost saving.

1 企业标准化的作用与意义

企业标准化是指“以提高经济效益为目标，以搞好生产、管理、技术和营销等各项工作为主要内容，制定、贯彻实施和管理维护标准的一种有组织的活动”。（剩余4277字）
