过磷酸钙市场乱象原因及监管对策分析

摘 要：近年来，随着上游磷矿石、硫酸等原材料价格持续攀升，国内多地农资市场上涌现出了大量质量不合格的“过磷酸钙”产品，严重扰乱农资市场秩序，给国家粮食安全带来严重威胁。本文结合当前过磷酸钙产品生产许可管理和执行标准状况，深入分析问题产生的原因，提出了相应的监管对策。

Causes and Countermeasures of Chaos in the Superphosphate Market

Abstract： In recent years， with the rising prices of raw materials such as phosphorus rock and sulfuric acid， a large number of unqualified superphosphate products have emerged in the domestic agricultural material market， seriously disrupting the market order and threatening the national food security. Based on the current situation of the license administration and application of standards for superphosphate products， the causes of these problems are analyzed and the countermeasures are offered for the regulation of the agricultural material market in this paper.
