脱硫塔浆液起泡的原因及消泡方法分析

摘要:脱硫塔浆液起泡现象是湿法脱硫过程常见的技术问题,会导致气液分离困难、除尘效果下降,并可能引发设备故障。随着环保标准的提升和工艺技术的改进,研究浆液起泡的原因及相应消泡技术变得尤为重要。研究表明,从化学成分的影响到工艺设计的优化,消泡技术手段能有效解决浆液起泡问题,提高脱硫系统的运行效率。

Abstract: The foaming phenomenon of desulfurization tower slurry is a common technical problem in wet desulfurization process, which can lead to difficulties in gas-liquid separation, decreased dust removal effect, and may cause equipment failure. With the improvement of environmental standards and process technology, it has become particularly important to study the causes of slurry foaming and corresponding defoaming techniques. Research has shown that from the influence of chemical composition to the optimization of process design, defoaming technology can effectively solve the problem of slurry foaming and improve the operational efficiency of desulfurization systems.
