流域水体环境入河排污口污染源调查及溯源分析

摘要：以福建省某重点流域为例，开展流域沿线入河排污口的调查与水质监测，分析流域范围内现存问题，开展入河排污口溯源分析，确定排污单位主体责任，并提出整治措施及建议，为后续流域生态环境的治理、进一步改善及水质的提升提供科学依据。

Investigation and Traceability Analysis of Pollution Sources at River Discharge Outlets in Watershed Water Environment

Abstract： Taking a key watershed in Fujian Province as an example， a survey and water quality monitoring were conducted on the discharge outlets along the watershed， analyzing the existing problems within the watershed， conducting traceability analysis of the discharge outlets， determining the main responsibility of the discharge units， and proposing remediation measures and suggestions， providing scientific basis for the subsequent ecological environment governance， further improvement， and water quality enhancement of the watershed.

2019年4月，生态环境部部署入河排污口和水功能区划等相关工作，重点完成“查、测、溯、治”4项主要任务，同时建成“完备的法规、科学的技术、高效的管理”排污口监督管理制度体系。（剩余2888字）
