基于不同管控尺度的环境管控单元划定研究

摘要：随着生态环境分区管控制度的建立，区域“三线一单”划定越来越受到各级生态环境部门的关注。本文以广东省东莞市塘厦镇为研究区，结合环境要素分区，对比分析基于拟合行政边界和拟合国土空间规划边界的环境管控单元划定成果，以期更好地划定环境管控单元，加强生态环境分区管控。

Study on the delineation of environmental control units based on different control scales

Abstract： With the establishment of the ecological environment zoning control system， the delineation of regional “three lines and one order” is increasingly receiving attention from ecological environment departments at all levels. Taking Tangxia Town， Dongguan City， Guangdong Province as the research area， combined with environmental element zoning， this paper compares and analyzes the results of environmental control unit delineation based on fitting administrative boundaries and fitting national spatial planning boundaries， in order to better delineate environmental control units and strengthen ecological environment zoning control.
