烧结机头电除尘灰资源化利用研究进展

摘要:烧结机头电除尘灰是钢铁企业产生的固废,目前主要有4种资源化利用方式,即回收利用铁、制取肥料、制备一氧化铅、提取银单质。本文结合烧结机头电除尘灰组成特性,综述资源化利用技术研究现状,并展望其未来发展方向,以更好地推进烧结机头电除尘灰的资源化利用。

Research progress on resource utilization of electrostatic precipitator ash from Sintering machine head

Abstract: Electrostatic precipitator ash from sintering machine head is a solid waste produced by iron and steel enterprises, at present, there are four main ways of resource utilization, namely recycling iron, making fertilizer, preparing lead monoxide, and extracting silver. Based on the composition characteristics of electrostatic precipitator ash from sintering machine head, this paper summarizes the current research status of resource utilization technology and looks forward to its future development direction, in order to better promote the resource utilization of electrostatic precipitator ash from sintering machine head.
