加气混凝土产品生产工艺的改进试验研究

摘要:粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土的性能优劣与原料配合比和过程质量控制有关。本文通过试验研究主要原料对加气混凝土抗压强度、容重的影响,并分析蒸压加气混凝土产品的过程质量控制方法,以更好地生产和应用加气混凝土产品。

Experimental Study on Improving the Production Process of Aerated Concrete Products

Abstract: The performance of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete is related to the raw material mix ratio and process quality control. This paper studies the influence of main raw materials on the compressive strength and bulk density of aerated concrete through experiments, and analyzes the process quality control methods of autoclaved aerated concrete products, so as to better produce and apply aerated concrete products.
