沩水流域不同暴雨洪水组合的防洪调度研究

摘要:为提高沩水流域洪涝灾害的综合防范能力,本文结合沩水的基本情况,分析洪水计算方法,提出不同暴雨洪水组合的调度建议。要充分发挥上游大中型水库的拦洪削峰作用,积极启用淹没区域分蓄洪水,合理防御洪水,尽最大可能减轻灾害损失。

Study on Flood Control Operation of Different Rainstorm Flood Combinations in Weishui River Basin

Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive prevention ability of flood and waterlogging disasters in Weishui River Basin, this paper analyzes the flood calculation method based on the basic situation of Weishui River, and puts forward dispatching suggestions for different rainstorm flood combinations. It is necessary to fully utilize the flood blocking and peak shaving functions of upstream large and medium-sized reservoirs, actively utilize flooded areas for flood storage, reasonably prevent floods, and minimize disaster losses as much as possible.

沩水发源于宁乡市西部的沩山,河流全长为133.8 km,流域面积为2 673.4 km2,自西向东流入长沙市望城区,止于望城区高塘岭街道,平均坡降为1.22‰[1]。(剩余4065字)
