摘要:目前,赤泥综合利用的主要方向有选铁、脱碱、制备陶粒、制备建筑材料以及制备道路材料。随着“双碳经济”时代的到来,新处理工艺正不断涌现,赤泥堆场修复后可种植经济作物,赤泥可用于制备3D打印油墨。本文结合赤泥的理化性质,综述国内外赤泥资源化利用的最新研究进展,为解决赤泥问题提供新思路。

Abstract: At present, the main directions of comprehensive utilization of red mud include iron selection, dealkalization, preparation of ceramsite, preparation of building materials and preparation of road materials. With the advent of the era of "double carbon economy", new treatment technologies are emerging, after the repair of the red mud yard, cash crops can be planted, and the red mud can be used to prepare 3D printing ink. Based on the physical and chemical properties of red mud, this paper summarizes the latest research progress in the resource utilization of red mud at home and abroad, and provides new ideas for solving the problem of red mud.

赤泥是铝土矿生产氧化铝过程中所产生的强碱性一般工业固体废弃物,因氧化铁含量不同,外观呈红色、红褐色、暗红色或灰色,其含水量高,且含有重金属等有害成分。(剩余12175字)
