热轧带钢跑偏原因分析及控制措施

摘 要:针对某1 250 mm热连轧生产线在精轧机轧制时经常出现带钢跑偏轧破、轧废的现象,从温度控制、粗轧板形控制、轧辊不均匀磨损、轧辊冷却水、轧制润滑、轧机间隙、设备对中等方面进行逐一排查整改,最终将跑偏降级轧废控制在合理范围内。

ANALYSIS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF RUNNING DEVIATION OF HOT STRIP

Abstract:In this paper, a 1 250 mm hot continuous rolling production line in the finishing mill often occurred strip deviation rolling broken, The phenomenon of rolling waste is checked and rectified one by one from the aspects of temperature control, rough rolling shape control, roll uneven wear, roll cooling water, rolling lubrication, rolling mill gap and equipment, and finally the running deviation and demotion rolling waste is controlled within a reasonable range.

0 引 言
某1 250 mm热轧带钢生产线2011年11月投产,主要以生产冷轧基料SPHC、Q195厚度3.0 mm为主,从2018年10月开始精轧机轧制跑偏轧破、轧废居高不下,统计显示平均每月因跑偏轧破降级品占总降级品的20%,跑偏废钢占总废钢的30%。(剩余2459字)
