STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF CARBON ELEMENT SEGREGATION IN HIGH CARBON STEEL BY DIRECT READING SPECTROMETER

Abstract:This article studies the analysis of carbon content segregation in steel using a direct reading spectrometer. Through multi-point detection, sample preparation depth, and carbon sulfur analyzer comparison and verification, the optimal analysis conditions are found, and relevant control measures are determined to meet the accuracy requirements of high carbon steel detection.
