直读光谱仪测定高碳钢中碳元素偏析研究

摘 要：对直读光谱仪分析钢中碳含量偏析进行研究。通过多点检测、制样深度、碳硫分析仪比对验证，找到最佳分析条件，确定相关控制措施，满足高碳钢检测准确度要求。

STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF CARBON ELEMENT SEGREGATION IN HIGH CARBON STEEL BY DIRECT READING SPECTROMETER

Abstract：This article studies the analysis of carbon content segregation in steel using a direct reading spectrometer. Through multi-point detection， sample preparation depth， and carbon sulfur analyzer comparison and verification， the optimal analysis conditions are found， and relevant control measures are determined to meet the accuracy requirements of high carbon steel detection.

本溪北营钢铁（集团）股份有限公司（以下简称“北营公司”）高碳钢线材产品主要有预应力钢绞线、帘线钢等，由于含碳量（C≥0.70%）较高，在运用直读光谱仪检测过程中，发现高碳钢容易出现碳偏析现象。（剩余3409字）
