矿冶高校《本科教学质量报告》分析及建议

摘 要:针对代表性冶金高校《本科教学质量报告》进行分析,发现办学定位及人才培养目标呈现层次互补性、生均教学经费投入存在不平衡、就业水平及结构差异性较大、体测达标率不理想等特征,相应做出优化报告体系整体结构和功能、保证教学资源建设和日常教学运行需要、持续调整专业结构、多措并举提升就业能力等建议。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report of representative metallurgical universities, it is found that the school orientation and the goal of personnel training are complementary at different levels, the investment of teaching funds per student is unbalanced, the difference in employment level and structure is great, and the rate of physical test is not ideal. Accordingly, some suggestions are made, such as optimizing the overall structure and function of the report system, ensure the construction of teaching resources and the needs of daily teaching operation, continuously adjusting the professional structure and improving the employability.
