炼钢天车设备及操作在线监控管理及应用

摘 要：天车设备及操作在线监控管理采用自动化、信息化、视觉识别技术，从设备状态检测、设备图像采集分析、天车准时化作业管理等方面，实现天车运行状态的数字化采集和智能分析，达到设备、生产、质量可控，降低人员成本，提高人工劳效的目标。

Abstract：The online monitoring and management of crown block equipment and operation adopts automation， information technology， and visual recognition technology. From the aspects of equipment status detection， equipment image acquisition and analysis， and crown block on-time operation management， digital collection and intelligent analysis of crown block operation status are achieved， achieving the goal of controllable equipment， production， and quality， reducing personnel costs， and improving labor efficiency.
