COMPETITIVENESS ANALYSIS OF CLEVELAND-CLIFFS

Abstract：Cleveland-Cliffs is the largest flat-rolled steel producer and the largest supplier of steel to the automotive industry in North America. In 2022， Cleveland-Cliffs solidified its position as the U.S. flat-rolled steel leader. In this paper， the development strategy of Cleveland-Cliffs is introduced， and its competitiveness is deeply analyzed from four aspects： production and operation indicators in 2022， product competitiveness， technological innovation and resource security.
