冶金职业教育教学改革分析

摘 要：为了全面满足我国冶金企业对人才发展的需求，我国在冶金教育上也需要进行全面的改革。其中冶金职业教育教学改革课题组，从2000年就开始教学指导方案的研究与开发，从而解决一些传统教学方面带来的问题与挑战。在实际分析中，主要阐述了冶金职业教育的改革现状与具体措施，为相关教育工作者提供一定的参考。

ANALYSIS OF TEACHING REFORM IN METALLURGICAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract：In order to fully meet the demand for talent development in China’s metallurgical enterprises， comprehensive reforms are needed in metallurgical education. The metallurgical education teaching reform’s research group has been researching and developing teaching guidance plans since 2000， in order to solve some of the problems and challenges which brought by traditional teaching. In the analysis of this thesis are mainly elaborated the current situation and specific measures of the reform of metallurgical vocational education， which providing a certain reference for relevant educators.

对于冶金职业教育的改革工作开展，主要是在当前进行生产现场的处理中，针对我国冶金企业进行全面调查，同时结合DACUM能力图标，进行相应的开发与设计，以此形成冶炼和金属压力加工等方面专业课程的设置，这样符合我国在职业教育方面的教学发展需求。（剩余3324字）
