昼夜节律与心脏代谢研究进展

【摘要】昼夜节律使有机体内部生物功能与环境昼夜周期变化一致,生物体内几乎所有重要生理过程均受其调控,包括心脏代谢。昼夜节律的紊乱也会导致心脏代谢节律的紊乱,引发一系列病理生理改变。现综述昼夜节律与心脏代谢的研究进展,阐述昼夜节律对心脏代谢的调控机制。

【Abstract】Circadian rhythms align the internal biological functions of the organism with the circadian cycle of the environment and regulate almost all important physiological processes in the organism,including cardiac metabolism.Disturbances in circadian rhythms can also lead to disturbances in cardiac metabolic rhythms,triggering a series of pathophysiological changes.In this paper,we review the progress of research on circadian rhythm and cardiac metabolism,and describe the mechanisms of circadian rhythm regulation on cardiac metabolism.
