Abstract：Inthecontextofglobalclimatechangeandthegrowingprominenceofurbanecologicalisses,the"FourReserves"concept offorestsprovidesanewideaforurbangreentransformationandsustainabledevelopment.Thispapercombinedthe"FourReserves" conceptofforestswithtecocityevelopmentimigtoproidegdancefortheconstructionofecoiti.isstudyfollodthe principleof"carifgteydchevingpracticalusnteatingthoydpactice,dompreensielyploydto ofliteratureresearchandlogicalanalysistodeeplyanalyzetheoreticallogicandpracticalpathsofpromotingcocitydvelopent. Research findingsrevealedthat:Theoreticalythe"FourReserves"conceptoffrestsimedtoenhanceurbanecologicalresilience, economictasftiondialellintingolicalksinetridomoll co-constructionandsaringSpecificallthe"FourReserves"offorestsouldimproveurbanwateresourcemanagementapabilis byregulatingdoloyeveloeeeonytaciltatebndustrialtasoatiicoodoucetsrefo securitynddssiateagtanebnliabilityIacticteloetiisuldaifsaalot andfunctionalzoningthroughsystematicplaing,onstructecologicalcarres troughvegetationconfiguration,thenamplifythe ffectivenessofte"FourResees"offorestsithresourceecyingtecologiesplementoiiedmanagementtrategiethouh dynamicmonitorigstems,andultimatelyforocialcgoveranemechanismtroughpublicparticipationatisfollingte path"systemsyergspatialimplementation-efciencyancementdyamiccontrol-socialcogoveane",thelevelofrbande velopmentcouldbeelevated.Theinovationofthisstudyliedinanalyzingthetheoreticallogicbetweenthe"FourReserves"cocept offorestsandecologicalurbandevelopment,enrichedthereserchonthe"FourReserves"conceptofforestspromotingtheeco-city development.Gventhecomplexityofecologicalcityconstruction,futureresearchshouldcontinuouslyinnovateandfurteriprove theaplicationstrategiesofthe"FourReserves"conceptofforests toachieveharmoniouscoexistencebetweencitiesandnaturend promote sustainable development of humanity.
