Abstract：Thedevelopmentofforestfoodisanimportantmeasuretobuildadiversifiedfoodsupplysystemandensurenationalfood security.asedontheprovicialpaneldata，tispaperempicalltestedteyieldincreaseefectofteindustrialdevelopmentplanby usingprogressee-deetodndutalyedttelasmterogeitdcodct. Theresultsshowedthat：FirstlytheimpactofidustrialdevelopmentplanonregionalCamelialeiferaproductionwasositiveand significantndtcarkgressoietaoecodlyteterogeeitalsisodtateoo industrialevelopmentplanonthecoreandactieregionsandthe"low-yield"egionsasmoresignificantwiththeimpactients of2.3400adspctielyutctoastioudlytultsfutt showed that the yield of Camelliaoleifera was significant at 5% significant level and the planting area was significant at 1% significant level，indicatigateelotofelledstrdotoaleysingheia oleiferaadexpaningthantingaleFourtlytcodaryectproedateolicddesepactooductio ofmajoroilseeds，whichwasinlinewiththeoriginalintentionofthepolicydesign.Thispaperfirstempiricallytestedtheregional yieldincreaseefectadmechanismofCameliaoleiferaindustrydevelopmentplan，hichnotonlynichedtheesearchohepolicy ffectevalationofoodgaindoilelatedupportpolciesutalsoprovdedteoeticalsupportadempicalbasisforfurther improving thesupportpoliciesofwoodygainadoilindustrysuchasCameliaoleifera.Acodingly，thispaperproposediproving thedevelopmtpafalmeliustrtiingtaiodustralelontctsn industrialintegatioodingtcaloiosostorootetevelopetofaelialfaidustrydet national grain and oil security.
