Abstract：Cultivationanddevelopmentofnewqualityforestryproductivityisanimportantstartingpointtoachievehigquality developmentofforestryBasedonthTOEframework，thispapersystematicallexplainedteteoreticallogicofnewalityprouctive forcesmprovngthsilieeofforstrytepfotreeimessofteoganatidontdutfoad thepracticalpathofimprovingtheresilienceofforestryenterprises.heresultsshowedthat：（1）Newquaityproductivityempowering forestrynterpsessilecesouldpeisticoleoftelogyazatiodeiroetndglecorldot independentlyconstitutethenecessaryconditionforimprovingresilience.（2）Newqualityproductivitycouldsignificantlymprove theforestryenterps'biltosistssdapttodustmetandtrasfondioatetoughioatio-dvenbyology dimensioneseltiifalodprtltolsal （3）Newqualityproductivitympoweingtheesileneofforestrynterprsesreuiredtooselyombinetenatioaltrateictation withtheactualsituationofforestryindustrydevelopmentandtookprecisemeasuesatthelevelssuchassientificandtecoloical inovation，talentialtiodustraloodatioturtoleteoblcedeloptflit productivityandthuseancetheresilieneofforestryenterprises.Theiovationofthispaperliedinfcusingonteootation definitionandpracticemodeofnewqualityproductivityintheforestryindustry.Basedontheactualsituationoftheforestrydstry itdeplyanalyzedthecomplexcausalelationshipandintealtheoreticalmechanismintheprocessofnwqualityproductivityacting onimproving teresileneoffrestrynterprses，providinganewteoreticalperspectiveandpracticalelightenmentfoewquality productivitytomportesilieoffrestrterpsItefutureitisessarytootiuetofocusoiatingality productivityeplyintegrateititollinksofforestyterprsevelopntncetsilieneofforstrytepby strengtheningtchologicaloationptingsouellationndpromotineentrasformationprovidngaidrt for high-quality development of forestry.
