基于全生命周期的通信行业IT项目质量管理分析

摘要:近年来,随着通信技术的不断发展,通信行业IT项目规模不断扩大,项目复杂度也在增加。传统按阶段管理已不能满足需求,基于全生命周期的质量管理模式正成为业内推崇的管理模式。文章基于全生命周期,对通信行业IT项目质量管理进行了分析,对提升通信行业IT项目质量管理水平具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of communication technology, the scale of IT projects in the communication industry has been continuously expanding, and the complexity of projects has also increased. Traditional phased management can no longer meet the needs, and the quality management model based on the entire lifecycle is becoming a highly respected management model in the industry. The article analyzes the quality management of IT projects in the communication industry based on the entire lifecycle, which has important reference value for improving the quality management level of IT projects in the communication industry.
