摘要：文章对电力通信“四维”安全生产管理体系的建设进行了探索研究，明确了电力通信“四维”安全生产管理体系的内涵和主要做法，总结分析了电力通信“四维”安全生产管理体系在实际应用中取得的成效，以期能有效提升通信作业安全生产管理质效。

Abstract： This article explores and studies the construction of the "four dimensional" safety production management system for power communication， clarifies the connotation and main practices of the "four dimensional" safety production management system for power communication， summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness of the "four dimensional" safety production management system for power communication in practical applications， in order to effectively improves the quality and efficiency of communication professional safety production management.
