第一，计算机网络信息安全及加密技术应用要秉持物理隔离原则，尤其是涉密部门在重要信息数据处理的过程中，要充分重视网络开放性特点，避免数据风险对其应用效果造成的影响，配合信息加密技术处理环节，保证物理隔离工作的合理性和规范性。（剩余4541字）
