Parameter Optimization of Road Graben Slope Blasting Affecting the Vibration Response of Adjacent Buildings

[ABSTRACT]Inorder to efectivelycontrol the harmful effectsofroad graben slope blastingonadjacent buildings, basedonthe deep excavation road graben blasting project of the Anshun to Panzhou section of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway,a combination ofnumerical simulationand field experiments was used toanalyze the vibrationresponse laws of adjacent buildings underdiferent blasting parameters such asdelaytime,charge structure,and blastcenterdistance.The results indicatethatunderterainconditions withanelevation diferenceof 5O meters from thecenterof explosion,adelay timeof morethan15mscanattenuate thevibrationvelocityto1/2to1/3ofthatofasimultaneousexplosion,andinterval chargingcanatenuate thevibrationvelocityto1/6to1/8ofthatofacontinuouscharging.Thedegreeofvibrationvelocity attenuation varies with diferent delaytimesanddetonation distances.Thedelaytimefordetonationshouldbecontroled between25-3Omswithintherangeof3O-7Om.Inthisway,itcaneffectivelyattenuatethevibrationvelocityand limitthe vibration time to within 1second.Basedon theresearch results,anoptimized designof blasting parameters was proposed. At a safe allowable vibration velocity of 1.5 cm/ s ,the maximum charge for the section is determined to be 29.O kg. After implementing dual zone blasting optimization,the peak vibration velocityateach measuring point is lower thanthe safety limit,indicating that the plan is reasonable and feasible.
