【Abstract】BackgroundThe detection rate of adolescent depresion has shown an increasing trend，which has becomeapublicissue insociety.Currntly，therearestillimitedtreatmentoptions.ACTisoneofthecorerepresentativesof thethird-generationcognitivebehavioraltherapy（CBT），anditsapplicationindomesticadolescentpopulationsisrelatively limited.ObjectiveThisstudyimstoexploretheinterventionefectsofACTcombinedwithSertralineondepressiveood， suicidal ideation，and sleepqualityofadolescentswithdepression.MethodsAdolescentswithdepression whovisited ChenjiaqiaoHospitalinShapingbaDistrict，Chongqing，fromOctober2O23toApril2024wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.A total of 7O patients were initially included and divided into a control group（ n=35 ）and an intervention group （ n=35 ）using arandomizedcontroledtrial.Thecontrol groupused Sertralinecombined with mental health education，whiletheintervention groupused ACTcombined with Sertraline.Theclinical eficacyof the two groups was compared using the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS），Self-rating Depresson Scale（SDS），Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale（SIOSS），Aceptance and Action Questionnaire-II（AAQ-II），Avoidance and Fusion Questionnaire for Youth（AFQ-Y8），and sleep monitoring results. ResultsFinally，30patients in thecontrol groupand32inthe intervention groupcompletedthe study.After8 weeksof treatment，AIS，SDS，SIOSS，AAQ-II，and AFQ-Y8score of the intervention group waslower than thatofthe control group （ P<0.05 ）.Total sleep time（TST）and Sleep efficiency（SE）were higher in the intervention group （ P<0.05 ），and Sleep latency（SL）and Wake after slep onset（WASO）were lower in the intervention group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion ACT can increasepsychologicalflexibility，aleviate depressivemood，improvesleepquality，andreduce suicidal ideationlevels in adolescents with depression，which is of good clinical application value.
