【Abstract】 Cultivating excellnt general practitioners is an important guarantee for promoting their role as "gatekeepers" of thepopulation's health，andsub-specialtytraining for general practitioners isanimportant measure forbridging thegap betweenprimaryhealth-careservicesandsecondaryandtertiaryhealth-careservices.Thetrainingsystemofgeneralpractioner subspecialtyinforeigncountrieshasbecomemature，whilethetrainingofgeneralpractitionersubspecialtyinChinaisstillin theinitialstage.Thispaper focusesontheframeworkofforeigngeneralpractitionersubspecialtytraining，systematicallsorting outthecorecontentof trainingcontent，assessment methods，etc.，andthenbasedonthecurrent situationofChina'sgeneral practitionersubspecialtytrainingpractice inrecent years，summarizes theexistingdeficienciesandbstaclestothedevelopment ofthesystem，andonthisbasis，drawsontheexperienceofforeigngeneralpractitionersubspecialtytraining toputforward strategiestoimproveandpromotethedevelopmentofChina'sgeneralpractitionersubspecialtytraining model.Basedonthis，we proposeoptiizationstrategiestoimproveandpromotethedevelopmentofChina'sgeneralpractitionersubspecialtyrainingmodel.
