群组育儿保健模式的研究进展及启示

【Abstract】Withthedeclineinfertityrates，thestatehasadjustedits fertilitypolicyandoptimisedcomplementary supportmeasures，whichhashadapositive impactonthewilingnessoffamiliestohavechildrenandontheincrease infertility levels，butthesituationofdeliningbirthsisstillserious.Fertlityisnaturalandcomplexbhaviour，whichifectedbyany factors，suchasthelevelofeconomicdevelopment，theavailabilityofchildcareservices，thelevelofreproductivehealthand familystructure.Toncouragepeopletoespondtothelatestfertityolicy，itisimportattouildacomprehensive，accesble andconvenientsupportsystemforinfantandchildcare.Groupwell-childcare（GWCC）facilitatedbyhealthcare profesionals， allows mothers toshareandlearn fromeachother'sparenting experiencesand postnatal health isses.Thiscommunitybased groupenvironment fosters thehealthoffamiliesandtheimprovementof professonalcapabilities，andpromotescooperation andinteractionamonghealthcareprofessonals，parents，anddiferentfamilis.Thisnew modelofparenting willexpandthe depthandbreadthofourcountry'spostnatal maternalandchildhealthservices.Inthispaper，wewillreviewtheoriginand development，servicecontent，andapplication efectofGWCC，discussthe inspirationandapplicabilityofGWCC to China， andlook forwardtothedevelopmentdirectionof thegroupwell-childcare.Inthefuture，GWCCcanbecombinedwithhospitalsorcommunities toestablishan integratedhealthcareservice system forpostpartumand childcare，which willfurthersolve the currentproblemsinthefieldof postpartumchildcareservices inChina，and promotetheimprovementoftheinfantandchildcare system as well as the construction of a birth and parenting-friendly social environment.
