老年健康性别差异视角下的护理人才培养
摘要:阐述中国老龄化性别差异现状,梳理老年护理人才培养现存问题。从加大专业人才培养力度、设计院校培养路径、保障用人单位留住人才等方面探讨缓解中国老年护理专业人才紧缺的策略,为中国不断加深的老龄化性别差异护理工作提供参考。

Cultivation of nursing talents from the perspective of gender difference in elderly health

Abstract: This paper expounds the current situation of gender differences in aging in China, untangles the existing problems in the training of elderly nursing talents, and discusses the strategies to alleviate the shortage of elderly nursing professionals in China from the aspects of increasing the training of professional talents, designing the training path of colleges and universities, and ensuring the retention of talents by employers, so as to provide reference for the deepening gender difference nursing work in China.
