氢燃料电池高压储供氢系统船上适应性研究

摘要:本文介绍了船用氢燃料电池高压储供氢系统适用性的规范标准依据;结合“三峡氢舟1”涉氢工艺流程,从氢气储存方式,储供氢管系的选材、焊接工艺、焊接方式、无损探伤、双壁管安装、管系的液压及气密试验分析了其适用性,为氢燃料电池船的推广应用提供实用样例。

Research on the Adaptability of Hydrogen Fuel Cell High‑pressure Hydrogen Storage and Supply System on Board

Abstract: This paper introduces the standard basis for the applicability of marine Hydrogen fuel cell high‑pressure hydrogen storage and supply system. Combined with the hydrogen related process flow of "San Xia Qing Zhou 1", its applicability is analyzed from the aspects of hydrogen storage mode, material selection of hydrogen storage and supply pipeline system, welding process, welding mode, nondestructive testing, double wall pipe installation, hydraulic pressure and air tightness test of pipeline system, providing practical examples for the promotion and application of Hydrogen fuel cell ship.

随着国家“双碳”目标的推进,越来越多的清洁能源被应用到船舶上来,其中清洁性佳、热值高、可再生、零污染的氢能源成了首选目标,氢燃料动力也是目前全球公认的清洁能源动力终极解决方案,随着储氢技术的发展,氢燃料动力也将成为低碳、零碳船舶动力的重要发展方向[1]。(剩余3855字)
