叶片式车载磁流变液缓速器研究

摘要:叶片式车载磁流变液缓速器在车辆上还没有使用,本研究从理论分析、结构设计、实验测试等方面开展研究工作,利用SC-810电机测试与分析系统进行测试,解决了叶片式车载磁流变液缓速器磁场快速消磁的问题,研究结果显示磁场强度和电流呈线性关系,可以精确控制缓速效果,证明该型缓速器在车辆应用是可行的。

Design on Vehicle Blade Magnetorheological Fluid Retarder

Abstract:The blade mounted magnetorheological fluid retarder has not been used in the vehicle. This study carries out research work from the aspects of theoretical analysis,structural design and experimental test. The SC-810 motor test and analysis system is used to solve the problem of rapid demagnetization of the magnetic field of the blade mounted magnetorheological fluid retarder. The research results show that the magnetic field intensity and current show a linear relationship,which can accurately control the deceleration effect. It is proved that the retarder is feasible in vehicle application.

0 引言

磁流变液在外加磁场作用下,会从液体状态转变为类固体状态,这个转变过程响应时间极短,且具有能耗低、转变程度可调、过程可逆等优点。(剩余3720字)
