槐角丸联合糖皮质激素治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果及对炎性细胞因子和肠道屏障功能的影响

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study theeffct of Huaijiao Pill combined with glucocorticoid intheclinical treatmentof ulcerativecolitis.MethodsAtotalof8Opatientswith ulcerativecolitisadmited toour hospital from September202O to September2024 were selectedand dividedintotwo groupsaccording to the principle of randomization.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid alone，and the observation group was treated with HuaijiaoPill.Theefficacy，intestinal barrierfunction，andinflammatorycytokineslinterleukin （IL）-17，tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α，IL-33，transforming growth factor （TGF）-β1] were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter4 weeksof treatment，the efectiverateof theobservation group was higher than thatof thecontrol group （ P <0.05）.After 4 weeksof treatment，the intestinal barrier function of theobservation group was better than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment，the intestinal mucosal healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment，the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was better than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.During treatment，there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P>O.O5）. ConclusionThe combination of Huaijiao Pill andglucocorticoidmayimprove the clinical efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis，improve theinflammatory indicators and intestinal barrier function of patients，and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
