【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the application effct serum homocysteine level(Hcy) combined with serum lipid index inthe evaluation the activity degree neuromyelitis spectrum disease (NMOSD). MethodsEighty patients with NMOSD admited our hospital from April 202O July 2O24 were selectedas thestudy objects,and were dividedin threegroups according their disease activity:first onset n=26), remission (n=28 )and recurrence (n=26).Serum Homocysteine (Hcy) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),andserum lipids,including talcholesterol(TC),triglycerides (TG),high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and low-density lipoproteincholesterol (LDL-C),were detected byanaumaticbiochemical analyzer.General data (age,gender,previous medical hisry,body mass index,course disease,firstsympm, stage,treatment plan)and laborary indicars the theregroupswere compared,and indicars with statistically significant differences( P <0.05)were included in logistic regression analysis on the basis single facr.To evaluate theapplication Hcycombined serumlipid indexes intheevaluation NMOSDactivity level,a receiver operar characteristiccurve(ROC)curvewas used analyze theapplication eficiency Hcy combined serum lipid inde-xes intheevaluation NMOSDactivity level.ResultsThere wereno significantdiferences in gender,age,hypertension,diabetes,auimmune disease,body mass index,course disease,first sympmand treatment plan among the three groups ( P- >0.05).There were significant differences in TC,LDL-C,ApoA1,Apo B and Hcy among all groups P<0.05 ).
