【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the efects blood flow restriction training on balance function in stroke patients.MethodsThirty-two patients with unilateralbasal ganglia ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department theFirst Shanxi Medical Universitywithin8weeks the firsnset were randomlydivided in a control groupandanexperimental group.Thecontrol group receivedroutine rehabilitation treatment，and theexperimental groupreceivedblood flowrestrictiontrainingonthebasisroutinerehabilitation treatment.Before treatment （TO），1week after treatment （T1）and2 weeksafter treatment （T2），abalance instrument andBerg balance scale wereused evaluate the balance function patients in both groups，respectively.Results The static stability evaluation scoreand hemiplegic polyaxial proprioception evaluation score thetwo groups were lower than those before treatment（ （P<0.05） ，the BBS scorewas higher than that before treatment（ P <0.05），and the polyaxial proprioception evaluationscore the unaffcted lower limb the test group was better than that the control group after 2 weeks treatment （P<0.05） .ConclusionBlood flow restriction training can effectively improvebalance dysfunction in ischemic stroke patients.
