【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the eficacy and safety diferent proton pump inhibitors combined with Tigorazaninthe treatment gastriculcer.MethodsPatients with gastriculcer admitted toour hospital from August 2021 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzedand divided into 4 groups according to the proton pump inhibitorused，namelythe omeprazole group，theLansoprazole group，the Rabeprazole group，and the esomeprazole group.The clinical eficacy，symptom remission time，serum index level changes，gastric mucosa histopathological score and ulcer lesion degree the four groups were compared after8 weeks treatment，and theadverse reactions were compared.ResultsThere was no significant diference in total effective rate among the four groups （ P> 0.05）. Symptomrelief time the four groups was significantly diffrent.Therelief time upper abdominal burning and abdominal pain in the rabeprazole group was shorter than that the omeprazole group，the Lansoprazole group，and the esomeprazole group （ P<0.05） ，and the relief time acid reflux and abdominal pain in the rabeprazole group and the esomeprazole group was shorter than that the omeprazole group and the lansoprazole group （ P <0.05）. Compared with before treatment，the serum index levels the four groups were significantly improved after treatment （ P <0.05）， but there was no statistical significance among the four groups （ P; >0.05）.The gastric mucosa histopathological score and ulcer area the four groups were decreased aftertreatment，and the rabeprazole group was lower than that the omeprazole group，Lansoprazole group and esomeprazole group（ P <0.05）. The incidence adverse reactions in the omeprazole group was higher than that in the Lansoprazole group （ χ2 =3.96， P =0.047）and esomeprazole group χ2= （2号 5.42， P=0.020 ）.ConclusionDiferent proton pump inhibitors combined with tigorazan are effective in the treatment gastric ulcer and can reduce the inflammatory response the body，among which rabeprazole combined withTigorazanshowscertainadvantages in shortening the duration symptomsandreducing the severity gastric ulcers.

胃溃疡为消化系统慢性疾病之一，多由饮食不科学、作息不规律、情志不畅等因素导致，患者多以反酸、上腹部灼烧、腹胀、腹痛等为主要表现，且随着病情发展可能诱发幽门梗阻、消化道出血等，甚至诱发癌变。（剩余8540字）
