【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the efect Qilong capsule combined with clopidogrel on patients with cerebral infarction in therecoveryperiod.MethodsProspectiveselection12O patientswith cerebral infarction recovery inour hospital from January 2O21 to December2O23，randomly divided into two groups.The control group receivedclopidogrel，while theobservation group receiveda combination Qilong capsulesand clopidogrel. Comparetheefectiverate，hemodynamic indicators，modifiedBarthel index （MBI），and levels inflammatoryfactors [chemokine ligand（CXCL）-16，interleukin（IL）-8，andsoluble intercelularadhesionmolecule（sICAM）-1]betweenthe two groups.ResultsThe efctive rate the observation group was 96.67% （58/6O）， which was higher than the control group's 85.00% （51/60） （P<0.05） .After treatment，the hematocrit，erythrocyte sedimentation rate，average platelet volume，and whole blood viscosity the observation group were （O.27±0.05） μi g/L，（10.4±1.1）mm/1h，（9.3± 0.4） fL，and （4.2±0.6）mPa·s，which were lower than those the control group [（O.48±0.12） μg/L ，（12.1 ± 1.2） mm/h， （9.8±0.5）fL，and （4.8±0.8）mPa·s] （ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，the MBI score the observation group was （76±14） points，which was lower than that the control group （64±1O）points （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the serum levels CXCL-16，IL-8，and sICAM-1 in the observation group were （2.14±0.27）ng/L，（10.2±1.0） ng/L，and （193±25）μg/L， which were lower than those in the control group [（2.55±0.39）ng/L，（13.2±1.2）ng/L，and （242±36） μξ g/L]（ P <0.05）. There was no diference in the incidence nausea，loss appetite，dizziness，and diarrhoea between the two groups （P>0.05）. The recurrence rate cerebral infarction in the observation group （3.3 % ）was lower than the control group （17.6%） （P<0.05） .ConclusionThe combination clopidogrel and Qilong capsule can significantly improve the hemodynamicsanddaily living ability patientswithcerebral infarction，reduce theinflammatoryresponse，with significant efficacy，and the recurrence rate is low.
