【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effct modified Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsuleson the control headachesymptoms in patients with migraine （liver yang hyperactivity syndrome）.MethodsFrom March 2021 to March 2024，100 patients with migraine （liver yang hyperactivity syndrome） admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups，with 5O cases in each group，using a randomnumber tablemethod.Thecontrol groupwasoralyadministeredFlunarizineHydrochloride Capsules，while theobservation group was treatedwith a modified Tianma Gouteng Drink in combination.Thescores traditional medicine syndrome，clinical efcacy，cerebral blood flowstatus，control headache symptoms，and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total efective rate the observation group （96.0% ）was higher than that the control group （82.0% ），withstatistical differences（ P <0.05）. After treatment， theobservation group had lower scores headache andswelling （1.12±0.26），redeyesandbitter mouth （1.07 ± （204号 0.30），andiritability（1.O2±0.22）compared tothecontrol group.Theaverage bloodflowvelocity theposterior cerebralartery（PCA）（34.22±3.05）cm/s，basilarartery（BA）（25.32±2.11） cm/s，anteriorcerebral artery （ACA） （38.41±2.17）cm/s，and middlecerebral artery （MCA）（42.21±3.18）cm/s werealso lower than those the control group.The duration headache （1.90±0.33）points，the number atacks （2.29±0.22）points，and theseverity （2.13±0.16）points wereallower thanthosethecontrol group.Thecontrol group had low levels，with statistical differences （ P <0.05）.There was no statistically significant diference in the number adverse reactions between the two groups（ P >0.05）. ConclusionIn patients with migraine （liver yang hyperactivity syndrome），the combination Tianma Gouteng Yin modifiedand Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules has significanteffects in reducing headache symptoms，improving cerebral blood flow status，and high safety.
