【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of manipine in the treatment of primary hypertension and its improvement of serum inflammatory factorsand endothelial function.MethodsNinety-eight patients with primary hypertensionadmited to Qixian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2023were selected as theresearch subjects.Allpatients were treated with manidipine for3monthsand were followedup regularly.Thebloodpressure，seruminflammatoryfactors [interleukin-6（IL-6），IL-1O，andtumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- α ）]，endothelialfunctionindicatorsendothelin-1（ET-1）andnitricoxide（NO）]before treatment，thefirst month and third month after treatment were compared.All patients in the third month after treatment were divided into the compliance group and the non-compliance group based on the blood presure compliance status，and the seruminflammatory factors and endothelial function indicators between thetwo groupswerecompared.Results Compared with before treatment，both systolic blood pressure（SBP），diastolicbloodpressure（DBP），serum IL-6，TNF（20 α and ET-1 decreased in the first month after treatment （ P <0.05），while serum IL-1O and NO increased（ P <0.05）. Compared with the first month after treatment，both SBP，DBP，serum IL-6，TNF- α and ET-1 decreased （ P <0.05）， while serum IL-1O and NO increased （ P <0.05）.The blood pressure compliance rate in the third month after treatmentwas higherthan thatinthe firstmonth aftertreatment（ P <0.05）.Compared with beforetreatment，there weresignificant changes inserum inflammatory factorsand vascular endothelial function indicators in thestandard group in the third month after treatment（ P <0.05），there was no significant change in serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function indicators in the non-standard group（ P> 0.05）.Among them，the levels of IL-6， TNF（204号 α and ET-1 in the standard group were significantly lower than those of the non-compliant group （ P <0.05），while the levels of IL-1O and NO were higher than those of the non-compliant group （P
