AbstractTaking the 2O22 CCSS survey practice atD University as an example,this paper discuses how to carryout the diagnosis and improvement of undergraduate education and teaching quality based on student feedback data. By comparing DUniversitywiththebenchmarksof"Double First-Class"universities,three issues arerevealed.First,there is insufficient participation in "high-impact educational activities"among undergraduate students,especialyamong second and third-year undergraduates in terms ofinvolvement in scientific research and internships.Second,there is stilla needtoimprovethequalityofclassroom teaching onaregularbasis,bystrengtheningtheadvanced,innovative, and challenging aspects ofcourse construction,andby enhancing digital teaching support.Third,the satisfactionof students in some disciplines still needs to be improved. The paper proposes targeted measures such as enhancing scientific research leadership,planning internship practices,deepening the connotation construction of courses,and improving student satisfaction.
