【摘要】目的：明确人工流产与药物流产的效果差异。方法：筛选70例终止早期妊娠女性（2019年8月—2021年8月），根据孕妇意愿，将其分为观察组（人工流产负压吸引术）和对照组（药物流产），各35例，对比两组流产效果。结果：观察组（100.00%）流产率高于对照组（85.71%），且观察组（5.71%）不良事件发生率低于对照组（22.86%），有统计学意义（P>0.05）；相较于对照组，观察组阴道出血量更少、阴道出血时间更短，但VAS评分更高，有统计学意义（P
