【摘要】目的：探讨对卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发实施左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗的效果。方法：将我院收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法作为分组方式，对照组接受口服复方避孕药治疗，试验组接受左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗。结果：试验组的卵巢异位囊肿体积、CA125水平、痛经VAS评分、慢性盆腔痛VAS评分、血红蛋白水平明显降低，子宫内膜厚度明显缩小，相较于对照组具有明显差异（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of levonolestrel intrauterine control system for the recurrence of ovarian endometriosis. Methods： The patients with recurrent ovarian endometriosis admitted in our hospital were treated as the study subjects， and the randomized digital table method was used as the group method. The control group received oral compound contraceptive treatment， and the trial group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system.Results： after treatment， the volume of ovarian ectopic cyst， serum CA125 level， dysmenorrhea VAS score， chronic pelvic pain VAS score and hemoglobin level in the experimental group decreased significantly， and the thickness of endometrium decreased significantly compared with the control group（P
