Abstract: To achieve fluorescence-asssted localization of cancerous tissues and obtain highresolution visualization, a full high-definition rigid medical endoscope optical system is designed, covering the spectral range of 486-656nm for visible light and 780-850nm for fluorescence. A common-path configuration was adopted. The optical design included a 90∘ wide-field image-space telecentric objective, a symmetric aplanatic relay imaging system, and a rear objective lens optically matched to the detector. Through Zemax simulation and optimization, the system achieved an spatial resolution of 63.7lp/mm in the visible band and 45.3lp/mm in the fluorescence band at an object distance of 10mm . The maximum distortion was less than 22% , and the relative illumination exceeded 90% . Tolerance analysis demonstrated that the system performance met fabrication and practical application requirements. The proposed design ensured high-resolution imaging while integrating fluorescence navigation, significantly enhancing the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and exhibiting strong potential for practical application.
